Club by-laws prior to adopted change
The PVP Democrats board adopted the following language for our by-laws to conform to the Los Angeles County Democratic Party’s by-laws. Current eligibility language simply states that all members shall be registered Democrats or intend to register as a Democrat upon becoming 18 years of age.
Adopted change:
2.0 MEMBERSHIP
2.1 Eligibility is limited to registered Democrats and those who state their intention to register as a Democrat immediately upon becoming eligible. Proof shall be registration as shown in the published precinct lists issued by the Registrar of Voters.
